Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Reefer Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic management consulting team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical aptitude and a graduate degree, with a keen interest in applying engineering principles to solve business challenges within the consulting domain. You will work closely with senior consultants to deliver impactful solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, development, and implementation of solutions related to refrigerated transport and logistics for clients.
Conduct data analysis and research to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in cold chain management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
Support the testing and validation of proposed solutions to ensure they meet client objectives and industry standards.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Contribute to project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality consulting services.
