Refinery Maintenance Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Refinery Maintenance Manager to oversee all aspects of maintenance operations for our cutting-edge digital infrastructure and data processing facilities. This role is critical for ensuring the continuous availability, reliability, and security of our payment processing systems, which form the backbone of Paytm's services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex technical environments and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies for all IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, storage systems, and data centers.

Manage a team of maintenance engineers and technicians, providing leadership, training, and performance management.

Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance.

Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Manage vendor relationships and contracts for maintenance services and equipment.

Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.

Lead troubleshooting efforts for critical incidents and implement root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

Collaborate with IT operations, security, and development teams to ensure seamless integration and support.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, asset inventory, and system performance.
