Refinery Maintenance Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Refinery Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage all maintenance operations within our textile processing facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and safety of all plant machinery and equipment, minimizing downtime, and controlling maintenance costs. This role is critical to maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our dyeing, finishing, and processing units.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all plant equipment, including dyeing machines, finishing lines, boilers, chillers, and effluent treatment plants.
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians and engineers, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely and in compliance with company policies, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
- Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring availability of critical components and optimizing stock levels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures and breakdowns promptly to minimize production downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and facilities to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Manage maintenance budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to plan and execute equipment upgrades, installations, and modifications.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and repair costs.
- Stay updated with the latest maintenance technologies and methodologies to continuously improve operational efficiency.
