Refinery Maintenance Manager

Role Summary: The Refinery Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance operations within the refinery, ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of all plant equipment and systems. This role requires a strong leader with extensive experience in refinery maintenance, a deep understanding of emerging technologies in predictive maintenance and asset management, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance engineers, technicians, and supervisors.
• Oversee the planning and execution of major shutdowns and turnarounds.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Implement and leverage emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and advanced analytics for predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, and asset performance management.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and other departments to minimize downtime and optimize plant performance.
• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance department.
