Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Diploma holder to join our team as a Refinery Maintenance Manager. This role is ideal for early-career professionals with 2-4 years of experience looking to gain hands-on experience in managing the maintenance operations of our critical infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all refinery equipment and systems, contributing to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for refinery equipment.
Support the supervision of maintenance technicians and contractors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and work quality.
Participate in troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment malfunctions, and implementing effective repair solutions.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and best practices.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Assist in the procurement of spare parts and materials required for maintenance operations.
