Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Refinery Maintenance Manager with 1-2 years of experience and a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree to join our dynamic team in Kochi. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our textile refinery maintenance processes. The ideal candidate will support the maintenance department in planning, executing, and overseeing all aspects of refinery equipment upkeep, contributing to operational excellence and minimizing downtime. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance schedules for refinery equipment.
- Support the execution of routine inspections and diagnostic tests to identify potential issues.
- Coordinate with technicians and engineers to ensure timely and effective repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, parts used, and labor hours.
- Contribute to the inventory management of spare parts and consumables for the refinery.
- Participate in safety training and ensure adherence to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and identifying root causes of failures.
- Support the procurement process for maintenance-related supplies and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize operational disruptions and optimize maintenance efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new maintenance technologies.
