Refinery Manager (2-3 Yrs) - Industrial Equipment / Machinery Sector

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Refinery Manager with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Sc. degree to join our Industrial Equipment / Machinery division in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and safe operation of the refinery processes, ensuring product quality, and optimizing production output. This role requires a strong understanding of chemical engineering principles and refinery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Monitor and control refinery operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with environmental regulations.
• - Analyze process data to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
• - Ensure adherence to quality control standards and troubleshoot any production issues.
• - Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and prevent downtime.
