Refinery Manager

Role Summary: The Refinery Manager will oversee and manage all operations within the semiconductor fabrication plant's refining and chemical processing units. This role is critical for ensuring the purity of materials, efficient chemical usage, waste management, and adherence to stringent safety and environmental standards in the semiconductor manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the refinery and chemical processing departments, including material handling, chemical mixing, and purification processes.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize yield, reduce waste, and improve process efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, environmental policies, and quality control standards.
• Manage inventory of raw materials, chemicals, and finished products, ensuring timely procurement and optimal stock levels.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and operators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
• Troubleshoot operational issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and production teams to support new process development and technology integration.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage budgets for the refinery operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
