Job Description
Role Summary: The Refinery Manager will oversee all operations within the refinery, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and adherence to safety and environmental standards. This role is critical for optimizing the refining process of raw materials used in consumer electronics and appliance manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize refinery output and efficiency.
- Manage and supervise refinery staff, including process engineers, technicians, and operators.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, environmental policies, and quality control procedures.
- Monitor and optimize the refining process, including material flow, chemical treatments, and energy consumption.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of refinery equipment to minimize downtime.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished products.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to ensure material specifications meet product requirements.
- Prepare and analyze production reports, identifying areas for improvement.
