Refinery Operations Manager

Role Summary: The Refinery Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of refinery operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant production of refined products. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of refinery processes and management within the Indian regulatory framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize refinery performance, throughput, and product quality.

Manage and lead a team of refinery engineers, supervisors, and operators, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Ensure strict adherence to all safety, health, and environmental (SHE) regulations and company policies.

Oversee the planning and execution of routine maintenance, turnarounds, and unplanned shutdowns to minimize downtime.

Monitor and control operational costs, identify areas for efficiency improvements, and manage operational budgets.

Collaborate with process engineering, maintenance, and planning departments to ensure seamless operations.

Implement advanced process control strategies and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and safety.

Manage stakeholder relationships, including regulatory bodies, local communities, and corporate management.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, root cause analysis, and implementation of best practices.
