Refinery Operations Manager

Role Summary:
HDFC Bank is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Refinery Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the operational efficiency of our core banking and financial processing systems. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth, secure, and timely execution of all banking operations, managing resources, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the operations division.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery in line with HDFC Bank's business objectives.
- Manage and lead a team of operations professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the banking system, including transaction processing, account management, and customer service operations.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, banking laws, and internal policies and procedures.
- Monitor operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with IT, risk management, and other departments to ensure system stability, security, and integration.
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs) for outsourced operational services.
- Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
- Drive innovation and implement new technologies and processes to improve operational capabilities.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for operational risks.
