Refinery Operations Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Refinery Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our refinery facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant production of high-quality refined products. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in refinery processes, and a proven track record in operational management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of refinery operations, including crude oil processing, product blending, and quality control.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize throughput.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety, health, and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operations personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor and analyze plant performance data, identifying areas for optimization and implementing corrective actions.
• Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure the reliability of all refinery equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and supply chain departments to ensure seamless operations.
