Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Refinery Operator to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in refinery operations and possess a strong understanding of process control and safety procedures. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our refining processes, contributing to the production of high-quality metals and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and operate refinery equipment and control systems to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Perform routine checks and inspections of machinery, identifying and reporting any abnormalities or potential issues.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and environmental regulations.
- Conduct process adjustments and troubleshoot operational problems under the guidance of senior operators and engineers.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of operational data, including production volumes, process parameters, and maintenance activities.
- Participate in shift handovers, ensuring clear communication of operational status and any ongoing issues.
- Assist in the startup and shutdown of refinery units as per established procedures.
- Contribute to a safe and efficient working environment through proactive participation in safety meetings and initiatives.
