Refinery Operator

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Refinery Operator to join our state-of-the-art biotechnology manufacturing facility in India. The Refinery Operator will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of refining equipment and processes to produce high-quality biological products. This role requires a strong understanding of chemical processes, adherence to strict safety protocols, and a commitment to maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor refining equipment, including reactors, centrifuges, filtration systems, and distillation columns, according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure the safe and efficient processing of raw materials into finished biological products.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
• Monitor process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rates, etc.) and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and yield.
• Collect samples for quality control testing and ensure accurate record-keeping of all operational activities.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, environmental policies, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Troubleshoot operational issues and report any deviations or equipment malfunctions to supervisory staff.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.
