Refinery Operator - Courier / Logistics (2-3 Yrs)

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and map current operational processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement streamlined workflows for material handling, sorting, and dispatch.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop and test new logistical solutions.
- Create visual aids, documentation, and training materials for operational procedures.
- Conduct user research and usability testing on new operational tools and interfaces.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on operational efficiency.
- Ensure all operational activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Contribute to the aesthetic and functional design of operational spaces and equipment.
