Refinery Operator - Medical Devices & Equipment (3-5 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Refinery Operator with a Doctorate/PhD to join our advanced manufacturing team in Hyderabad. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our specialized refining processes within the medical device manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess deep theoretical knowledge and practical experience in chemical processes and material science, applied to the production of high-purity materials used in critical medical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain specialized refining equipment for precious metals and other critical materials used in medical device components.
- Monitor and control process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rates, chemical concentrations) to ensure product purity and quality adhering to strict medical industry standards (ISO 13485, FDA regulations).
- Conduct in-depth analysis of raw materials and finished products using advanced analytical techniques to verify specifications and identify deviations.
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to improve efficiency, yield, and reduce waste, leveraging a strong understanding of chemical engineering principles.
- Troubleshoot complex operational issues, diagnose equipment malfunctions, and implement corrective actions, documenting all procedures and findings.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to scale up new refining processes from laboratory to pilot and full production stages.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies within the refinery operations.
- Maintain detailed operational logs, calibration records, and quality control documentation.
