Refinery Operator role in Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Refinery Operator with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Thane. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our refining processes within the pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of chemical processes and a Doctorate/PhD in a relevant scientific field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor refining equipment, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to production schedules.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on refining machinery to prevent downtime and ensure safety.
- Collect and analyze samples to monitor process parameters and product quality, adhering to strict analytical protocols.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions with guidance from senior engineers.
- Maintain accurate records of production, quality control, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental policies, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance and process engineering, to optimize refining operations.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and suggest modifications for enhanced efficiency and yield.
