Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Refrigeration / HVAC Engineer with 0-1 years of experience to join our dynamic facilities management team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will assist in the maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting of HVAC and refrigeration systems essential for our telecommunication infrastructure. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or individuals with foundational knowledge looking to build a career in the telecom industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist senior engineers in the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
* Perform routine preventive maintenance on cooling systems, chillers, air handling units, and associated equipment.
* Monitor system performance, identify operational issues, and report them for timely resolution.
* Troubleshoot and repair minor faults in HVAC and refrigeration units under supervision.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and inventory.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all maintenance operations.
* Support the team in energy efficiency initiatives related to HVAC systems.
* Respond to emergency calls for system failures as needed.
