Refrigeration / HVAC Engineer

Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration / HVAC Engineer to join our facilities management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency across our branches and data centers. This role is crucial for maintaining a comfortable and secure environment for our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement HVAC systems for new constructions and retrofits, ensuring compliance with building codes and energy efficiency standards.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC equipment and systems.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all HVAC systems to minimize downtime and operational costs.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC system malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Monitor system performance, energy consumption, and environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, air quality).
• Manage HVAC contractors and vendors, ensuring quality of work and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and system performance.
• Stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
