We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Refrigeration / HVAC Engineer with 0-1 years of experience to join our team in Lucknow. This role is ideal for individuals who possess a strong aptitude for mechanical systems and are looking to build a career in the industrial HVAC and refrigeration sector, even without a formal graduation degree. You will be responsible for assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and HVAC systems within our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of existing refrigeration and HVAC systems.
- Conduct basic repairs and part replacements under supervision.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
