Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to oversee and drive sales and business development for our building material products within a designated region in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a sales team, achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and ensuring strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
- Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, architects, builders, and end-users.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure efficient supply chain operations within the region.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all regional operations.
- Manage the regional budget and control expenses effectively.
