Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and entry-level Regional Manager to join our dynamic design team in Indore. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.A. who is eager to learn and contribute to our regional design initiatives. You will support the regional design strategy and execution under the guidance of senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of regional design strategies.
Support the coordination of design projects across various locations within the region.
Conduct market research and gather insights on design trends and competitor activities.
Help in managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Prepare reports and presentations on regional design performance and initiatives.
Learn and apply company design standards and best practices.
