Regional Manager - NBFC

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to oversee operations and drive business growth across a designated region for our NBFC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, managing a team of sales and operations professionals, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of the Indian financial market, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve growth objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of branch managers and sales executives.
• Monitor regional performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Manage regional P&L, budget, and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the NBFC or banking sector, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets in a competitive market.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance in India.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
