Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and technically adept Regional Sales Manager (B2B) with 0-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for an M.Tech graduate passionate about business development within the Indian railway sector. You will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence in your assigned region, focusing on the business-to-business segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the B2B railway sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including procurement managers, engineers, and decision-makers at railway organizations.
- Understand customer needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our railway components.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and technical proposals.
- Collaborate with the technical and product development teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new sales avenues.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
