Role Summary: The Regional Sales Manager (B2B) will be responsible for driving the sales and business development of Dr. Reddy's pharmaceutical products and solutions within a defined geographical region in India. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key corporate clients, healthcare institutions, and distributors to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales objectives and expand the company's market share.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with corporate clients, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product launches and market needs.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Train and mentor junior sales representatives as needed.
