Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager (B2B) with 3-5 years of experience to drive our sales initiatives in the education sector across the Hyderabad region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle, experience in educational products or services, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. A Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales objectives.
- Identify and prospect new B2B leads, including educational institutions, corporate clients, and other organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring revenue targets are met and exceeded.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide market feedback and support.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives (if applicable).
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
