Regional Sales Manager (B2C)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager (B2C) to drive sales and market penetration for our construction and engineering solutions within a designated region in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and fostering strong relationships with individual customers and channel partners to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective B2C sales strategies to meet or exceed regional sales targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region, focusing on the B2C segment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual customers, real estate developers, and channel partners.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to senior management.
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process and post-sale.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute region-specific promotional activities.
