Regional Sales Manager (B2C) - Gems & Jewellery (3-4 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager (B2C) with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Com degree to drive sales growth and expand our market presence in the Gems & Jewellery sector within the Vadodara region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and ensuring achievement of sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the B2C market, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets for the B2C segment.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail partners and high-value customers.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and events to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability across all retail points.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Identify and recruit new sales talent for the region.
