Role Summary: The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive healthcare services to employees, ensuring their well-being and facilitating a healthy work environment within Bajaj Finserv's corporate offices. This role involves proactive health management, emergency response, and health education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient health problems and needs for the purpose of providing nursing care.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide immediate medical attention in case of emergencies or accidents.
• Educate patients and/or families on illness, prevention, and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and company departments.
• Conduct health awareness programs and screenings for employees.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
