Registered Nurse (Full-Time) | Nasik

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and qualified Registered Nurse with a strong understanding of legal frameworks, ideally with an LLB degree, to join our occupational health team in Nasik. This role involves providing comprehensive healthcare services to employees within our petrochemical and plastics manufacturing facilities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and contributing to a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in nursing, coupled with the analytical and problem-solving skills gained from legal studies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate medical assistance and first aid to employees in case of accidents or emergencies.
• Conduct regular health check-ups and screenings for employees.
• Manage and maintain medical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Advise employees on health and wellness issues, including occupational health hazards.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, leveraging understanding from LLB.
• Assist in the development and implementation of health and safety policies.
• Liaise with external medical professionals and facilities when required.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
• Support in conducting accident investigations and root cause analysis, applying legal reasoning where applicable.
