Registrar

Role Summary: The Registrar will be responsible for overseeing and managing the registration processes for various entities and activities within Amazon India's operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of corporate and legal registration procedures in India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end registration process for new businesses, branches, and services in India.
• Ensure all registration documents are accurate, complete, and submitted within stipulated deadlines.
• Liaise with government agencies, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders to facilitate registration approvals.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of all registrations, licenses, and permits.
• Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and update registration procedures accordingly.
• Handle renewals, amendments, and closures of registrations.
• Provide guidance and support to internal teams on registration-related matters.
