Registrar

Role Summary: The Registrar will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's registry functions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate records. This role is crucial for corporate governance and stakeholder relations within the Indian operations of a multinational courier and logistics company.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the company's statutory registers, including the register of members, directors, and charges.

Ensure timely filing of all statutory forms and returns with the Registrar of Companies (RoC) and other regulatory bodies.

Manage board meetings, general meetings, and other corporate events, including preparing agendas, minutes, and resolutions.

Liaise with external legal counsel, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable laws and regulations in India.

Handle share transfers, issue share certificates, and maintain shareholder records.

Assist in the preparation and filing of annual reports and other corporate disclosures.

Provide support for corporate restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions as required.
