Registrar

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Registrar to manage and maintain all official records and documentation for Dixon Technologies (India) Limited. The Registrar will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of company records, adhering to all legal and regulatory requirements. This role is crucial for maintaining corporate governance and facilitating smooth administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update the company's statutory registers, including the Register of Members, Register of Directors and Key Managerial Personnel, Register of Charges, and others as required by law.
* Ensure timely filing of all statutory forms and returns with the Registrar of Companies (RoC) and other regulatory bodies.
* Manage the issuance and transfer of shares, debentures, and other securities, ensuring compliance with SEBI regulations and company policies.
* Prepare and maintain minutes of board meetings, committee meetings, and general meetings.
* Assist in the organization and execution of Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs).
* Handle corporate secretarial compliances, including drafting resolutions, notices, and other corporate documents.
* Respond to queries from shareholders, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
* Oversee the maintenance of the company's common seal and its proper usage.
* Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable laws and regulations.
* Support the legal and secretarial department in various compliance-related activities.
