Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to record-keeping and documentation.

Assist in the preparation of annual reports, board resolutions, and other corporate governance documents.

Respond to inquiries regarding official records and documentation from internal and external stakeholders.

Support the legal and compliance departments with administrative tasks and documentation management.
