Regulatory Affairs Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Manager to oversee and ensure compliance with all relevant government regulations and policies for our beverage operations in India. This role is crucial for navigating the complex regulatory landscape and maintaining the company's license to operate and expand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret all applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to the alcoholic beverage industry in India, including central and state-level legislation.
• Liaise with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry associations to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of compliance issues.
• Develop and implement regulatory strategies to support new product launches, market expansion, and operational changes.
• Prepare and submit all necessary documentation, applications, and reports to regulatory authorities.
• Advise senior management on regulatory risks and opportunities, and recommend appropriate actions.
• Ensure compliance with labeling, advertising, and promotional regulations.
• Manage and maintain all licenses and permits required for business operations.
• Stay abreast of changes in the regulatory environment and update internal policies and procedures accordingly.
