Relationship Manager (2-3 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Relationship Manager with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships within the infrastructure and real estate sectors, ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of technical aspects of infrastructure projects and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients in the infrastructure, transport, and real estate sectors.
* Understand client needs and requirements, and effectively communicate our company's capabilities and solutions.
* Collaborate with internal technical teams (engineering, project management) to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects according to client expectations.
* Prepare and present proposals, project updates, and performance reports to clients.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services and solutions.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and strategic recommendations.
* Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
* Contribute to business development efforts by actively participating in networking events and industry forums.
