Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our growing team at Apollo Hospitals. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with patients, referring physicians, and corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering patient loyalty. This role is crucial in enhancing patient satisfaction and driving business growth within our medical services division.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing patients, understanding their healthcare needs and preferences.
Act as a primary point of contact for patients, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
Liaise with referring physicians and medical professionals to ensure seamless patient referrals and follow-ups.
Manage relationships with corporate clients, understanding their employee healthcare needs and offering tailored solutions.
Coordinate with various hospital departments to ensure efficient and high-quality patient care delivery.
Organize and participate in healthcare camps, awareness programs, and corporate wellness initiatives.
Track and analyze patient feedback and satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities for patient acquisition and service expansion.
