Relationship Manager - Film / Music / Entertainment (2-3 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Relationship Manager with a keen understanding of the entertainment industry, specifically film and music. The ideal candidate will leverage their B.Des background to foster strong relationships with artists, content creators, and industry stakeholders. This role involves managing client portfolios, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction within the vibrant Indian entertainment ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

* Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients in the film, music, and entertainment sectors.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and service offerings.
* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, legal) to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
* Develop and present creative proposals and pitches that align with client objectives and industry trends.
* Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
* Stay updated on industry trends, emerging artists, and new content formats to provide valuable insights to clients and the company.
* Assist in the organization and execution of industry events and artist collaborations.
* Utilize design thinking principles from your B.Des education to approach client challenges and opportunities creatively.
