Relationship Manager for B.Sc Graduates (3-4 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Manager with 3-4 years of experience, holding a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree, to join our Bangalore team. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with key clients within the design and digital services sector. You will act as a primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth through strategic engagement and understanding of their evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients.
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable service proposals.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Infosys's design and digital transformation services.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to review performance, discuss future needs, and showcase new service offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, delivery, technical) to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement strategies to enhance client retention and loyalty.
- Analyze client data and market trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Prepare and present reports on client account status, performance, and opportunities to senior management.
