Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Release Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Release Engineer will be responsible for managing and automating the release process of our event technology platforms and software, ensuring smooth deployments, and maintaining the stability of our live event systems. This role is critical in ensuring our technological infrastructure supports the seamless execution of large-scale events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code deployment pipelines.
- Automate the build, test, and deployment processes for our event management software and related technologies.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure successful and timely releases.
- Monitor release performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD strategies and tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the release process and production environments.
- Manage version control systems and ensure code integrity.
- Document release procedures and best practices.
