Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Release Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and streamlining the release process of software and system updates, ensuring efficient deployment and minimal disruption. This role requires a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a foundational understanding of software development lifecycles and release management principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of software releases.
- Coordinate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth transitions.
- Automate build, test, and deployment processes using CI/CD tools.
- Monitor release pipelines and identify potential bottlenecks or issues.
- Document release procedures and maintain release notes.
- Support the implementation of new release management strategies and tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the release process.
- Ensure adherence to release schedules and quality standards.
