Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Release Manager with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chandigarh. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM degree who is looking to kickstart their career in release management within the fast-paced textile and apparel industry. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the release of new software, products, or updates, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and scheduling release activities for various projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, operations) to ensure timely delivery of releases.
- Monitor the release process and identify potential risks or issues.
- Document release procedures and maintain release calendars.
- Support the execution of release checklists and deployment plans.
- Communicate release status to stakeholders.
- Help in post-release activities, including incident management and performance monitoring.
- Maintain accurate records of all release-related documentation.
