Release Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Release Manager to join our dynamic team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, ideally with an M.Tech degree, and 3-5 years of experience in managing software and hardware release cycles within the power industry. You will be responsible for orchestrating the seamless deployment of new features, updates, and products, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate software and hardware releases across various project phases.
- Define and implement release management processes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with development, QA, operations, and project management teams to ensure successful release execution.
- Manage release dependencies, risks, and issues, developing mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring adherence to release criteria.
- Communicate release status, plans, and potential impacts to stakeholders.
- Conduct post-release reviews to identify areas for improvement in the release process.
- Ensure all release activities comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to the power sector.
- Maintain release documentation, including release notes, deployment plans, and rollback procedures.
