Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Release Manager to join our growing team at DeHaat. The Release Manager will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling the build, testing, and deployment of software releases across our various platforms. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality software delivery that supports our mission of empowering Indian farmers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the release calendar, ensuring alignment with business objectives and development sprints.
• Coordinate with development, QA, operations, and product management teams to ensure successful release execution.
• Define and implement release processes, standards, and best practices.
• Manage the build and deployment pipeline, ensuring automation and efficiency.
• Conduct release readiness reviews, post-release reviews, and communicate release status to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with software releases.
• Ensure proper documentation for all release activities.
• Monitor production environments post-release and manage rollback procedures if necessary.
