Release Manager

We are seeking an experienced Release Manager to oversee the planning, scheduling, and controlling of software builds and releases across various product lines. The Release Manager will be responsible for ensuring that releases are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality, minimizing risks and impact on production environments. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth and efficient delivery of our innovative educational products.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a release schedule that aligns with product roadmaps and business objectives.

Coordinate with Development, QA, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful release execution.

Define and implement release management processes, policies, and procedures.

Manage the build and deployment process, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.

Identify and mitigate risks associated with releases, including rollback strategies.

Communicate release status, risks, and issues to stakeholders effectively.

Facilitate release readiness reviews and go/no-go decisions.

Maintain release documentation, including release notes and deployment plans.

Continuously improve the release process through feedback and analysis.
