Release Manager - Corporate (Surat) - 1-3 Yrs

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Release Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our corporate team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the release process of software and IT projects, ensuring smooth and timely deployment within the textile and apparel industry. This role requires a strong understanding of SDLC, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate software releases and deployments across various environments.
- Work closely with development, testing, and operations teams to ensure all release criteria are met.
- Develop and maintain release documentation, including release notes, deployment plans, and rollback procedures.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the release process.
- Monitor the release process and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between different teams involved in the release cycle.
- Support the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during or after the release.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
