Role Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and 3-4 years of experience to join our Repair and Maintenance department in Thane. This role will involve managing and coordinating repair and maintenance activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining accurate financial records related to these operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and financial reporting within the automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate daily repair and maintenance operations for the automotive fleet and facility.
Manage inventory of spare parts and consumables, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost-effectiveness.
Prepare and analyze budgets for repair and maintenance activities, tracking expenses against allocated funds.
Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, service reports, and warranty claims.
Liaise with vendors and service providers to obtain quotes, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely service delivery.
Assist in developing and implementing preventative maintenance schedules.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies in the repair and maintenance processes.
Generate reports on maintenance costs, equipment performance, and operational efficiency for management review.
