Repair and Maintenance - Oil & Gas (0-1 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a B.Sc. degree to join our team as a Repair and Maintenance Technician. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the maintenance and repair of oil and gas equipment and infrastructure within our Bhubaneshwar operations. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of experienced engineers and technicians to ensure the safe and efficient functioning of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of various oil and gas equipment, including pumps, valves, pipelines, and machinery.
- Support senior technicians in troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment malfunctions.
- Perform minor repairs and replacements as directed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and time spent.
- Participate in preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
- Learn and apply company standards and procedures for maintenance and repair.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
