Reputation Risk Analyst

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Reputation Risk Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, assessing, and mitigating potential reputational risks that could impact Titan Company Limited, particularly within the Indian market. This role requires a strong understanding of media, social media, and public perception, with a focus on the Gems & Jewellery sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor media outlets, social media platforms, and online forums for any negative sentiment or emerging risks related to the company, its brands (e.g., Tanishq), and the broader Gems & Jewellery industry in India.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to assess the potential impact and likelihood of identified reputational risks.
- Develop and implement strategies for proactive reputation management and crisis communication.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Legal, and Corporate Communications, to address and resolve reputational issues.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on the company's reputational risk landscape.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in reputation risk management.
- Develop and maintain a crisis communication plan and act as a key point of contact during critical events.
- Conduct due diligence on potential partnerships or acquisitions from a reputational perspective.
