Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor media, social media, and online platforms for potential reputational risks and emerging issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of reputation management strategies.
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitor activities, and public sentiment related to the company.
- Support crisis communication efforts by drafting internal and external communications.
- Maintain records of reputational incidents and their resolution.
- Collaborate with legal, marketing, and communications teams to address identified risks.
- Prepare reports and presentations on reputational risk assessments and mitigation plans.
